Online eco-fashion retailer, Greenloop, has formally launched ‘Project Green Search’ to find the next up and coming talent with a passion for our environment!! The ideal candidate will be an advocate for sustainable living and most definitely runway-ready!
‘Project Green Search’ Call for Action to You: ‘Take a stand, get noticed, and align your modeling endeavors with your personal beliefs, be an advocate for the environment, animal welfare, fair trade, and human rights. Be the poster girl for what is ok to sell…and what is not’.
So, if you’re a U.S. resident and at least 17 years old, you make the first cut. The other major requirement is to ensure you’re able to make an appearance at Portland Fashion Week for final competition October 9-12 of this year. Note, there are NO age restrictions or minimum height requirements!
The lucky ‘green model’ will earn a professional photography session with fashion photographer Courtney Daily, complete with organic makeup and sustainable designer clothing, a 20-piece Eco-Fashion wardrobe, a natural and organic beauty shopping spree at Future Natural, and main features in a variety of articles and covers in publications including Coco Eco Magazine, Organic Spa Magazine, Peppermint Magazine, Chenille Magazine, Electrifying Times, and Route 66 Pulse, all building your portfolio. Lastly, you’ll receive a one-year stint as the face of Project Green Search.
Eco-luminaries such as Planet Green’s Darren Moore, Eco-Chick’s Starre Vartan, designer Deborah Lindquist, model and cosmetics queen Josie Maran, and author of Style, Naturally, Summer Rayne Oakes will all sit on the judging panel to decide the final winner.
