Sample Sale: 20 big names for education in LA
On June 19 from 10a.m. to 4p.m. in Silverlake, twenty Los Angeles-based designers—such as Trina Turk, Saint Grace, BB Dakota and Isabel Lu—are putting out some of their most fabulous samples for LA shoppers to sink their hands into. The best part is that the designers aren’t reaping any of the benefit. Instead, they chose to donate all their proceeds to the Los Angeles Family School. The progressive, non-profit children’s center in Silverlake is dedicated to a cutting-edge cirriculum that emphasizes independence and social competence.
