Stella McCartney + Gap Kids Collaboration

LUX Parents, Gap Inc, just revealed a new collaboration with the lovely British designer, Stella McCartney!

Both GapKids and babyGap and are getting the LUX treatment from the ultra FAB designer expected in retail stores later this fall. Although, McCartney has partnered with other large labels such as Adidas, H&M and Target, this will be the first time she has extended her designs into the making of children apparel. Exciting news for all LUXies looking for a haute looks for kids!!!

“For years I’ve wanted to create a collection for kids,” McCartney stated. “It’s something I’ve often been asked about. I believe that this one-off collaboration will be a great way for customers to be able to participate in the Stella McCartney brand. I believe that kids’ clothing should be more accessibly priced, which is particularly important at the moment, given the current climate.” –via wwd.com

Gap Inc is thrilled to have the high-fashion designer as part of their team. It is a way to take high-fashion concepts and translate them into the Gap brand, while also meeting the economic challenges.
Here at LadyLUX we are excited to see what she will create. Combining her experience both as a designer and a parent, this collection seems quite promising in a variety of ways!! Definitely a LUX addition to the Gap brand!!
